Radioactive waste​

Sorting, preparing for expedition, filling S/L forms for ONDRAF, all these tasks require experts with long experience in the field. Be.Sure has this competancy.

Our experts can help you to set up an appropriate sorting system right from the start. Subsequently, we have all the needed equipment  to characterise and, if necessary, sort radioactive and possibly biological waste under a fume hood.

When radioactive sources are concerned, we prefer to recycle them wherever possible and work with you to find the best solution.

Shielding study / site​

We carry out all the necessary protection studies. For example: radiotherapy rooms, brachytherapy rooms, radiology rooms, dental practice, nuclear medicine departments, etc.

We'll also visit your site to discuss the best way to install the different equipment.

When the shielding is installed, we check that it is correctly positioned and that the protection is  continuous.

Application for authorisation - Safety report​

Administrative procedures are not always straightforward, and the information required can be complex to structure. Our experts are here to help you with new licence applications, adaptations, safety reports, initial decommissioning plans, waste sub-folders, etc. Contact us !

Risk analysis, QMS, Audits​

To meet specific needs in terms of audits and quality systems, we have the in-house skills (auditor trained to ISO 9001, 17020 and 17025) to help you set up a Quality Management System, analyse your risks and suggest ways of improving, and help you structure your QUANUM and QUADRILL internal audits..

Operators who have already called on our services have passed their certification audits without a hitch ! This expertise has also been put to good use for our own QMS, making Be.Sure the first and only Approved Body to be recognised before the deadline of 31.12.2020.
